Nyre Williams has over 20 years of experience in golf instruction. For the past 24 years he has worked and mentored juniors through First Tee. He also created Charles R. Drew Charter School Junior and Senior Academy Golf Teams. He was very impactful in leading the Drew Charter Boys Golf Team to win the 2019 State Championship in Georgia. Coach Nyre has coached thousands of junior golfers through the First Tee Programs. While having an Impact on junior golf, he has had the opportunity to teach a great number of adults as well. Coach Nyre is Certified & Qualified to teach all facets of the golf swing, however he specializes in teaching the short game. He is also the founder of Short Game Resources, a golf instruction company that provides golf essentials to help lower scores and have more fun. The USGTF is the largest national organization of certified golf teaching professionals in the world. The USGTF is a founding member of the World Golf Teachers Federation® and is one of 42-member nations that make up this entity. Both federations help to establish the world’s standard for golf teaching professionals.
